The dimensions are the external dimensions of the standard product. The clean height from the inside is 232 cm. Falzadan insulation, different materials, etc. Measurements vary for non-standard features. Technical specifications will be presented separately for your special designs.

HORIZONTAL LOADS
Calculations were made according to Eurocode 3 standards. The standard sub-chassis carcass is designed for general use (Cat-A uses). Strong carcass for school, cafeteria etc. It is designed according to the uses (Cat-B uses). Resistance to wind load is provided provided that the container is fixed to the foundation.
3- Drywalls
In the standard product, the ceiling covering is made with 500 gr/m quality white PVC paneling. Wood paneling and aluminum are also used on request. Zinc coated (galvanized) corrugated metal roof sheet with sinus or trapezoidal geometry is used in the roof covering of all modules. Moisture-resistant 18 mm thick oriented wood fiber boards (OSB) are used in floor coverings. 18 mm thick plywood (Plywood) is used instead of wood fiber board for the carrying capacities specified as strong carcass in the load carrying table. 1.5 mm thick under-felt PVC floor (mineflo) is used as standard surface covering. Unlike the standard, SPC and patterned aluminum are also offered as options in the order.
4- Rust Protection and Paints
Zinc coated (galvanized) sheets are used in the chassis of the standard product. The amount of zinc on the sheet surface is 500 gr/m2 on average. The material meets TS EN 10346 quality standards. In addition, upon request, DKP sheet painted chassis can be produced.
Electrostatic powder paint in RAL 7016 color is applied to the chassis as standard. The standard paint of solid products is rapid paint on industrial rapid primer. You must inform us in advance of the RAL color code for the product desired in different colors. Additionally, rapit, acrylic and epoxy based paint options are also offered to the buyer.
The standard color for sandwich panel walls is RAL 9002 or 9006. This color is applied to both the interior and exterior surfaces. The walls are painted during sandwich panel production using the roller painting technique. Colors other than RAL 9002 are painted in the workshop with high-resistant acrylic-based paints specially produced for sandwich panel painting. You must inform us in advance of the RAL color code for the desired product in different colors.
For the sandwich panel, acrylic-based granular paint coating on acrylic-based primer is optionally offered for impact resistance and decorative appearance.

In line with the demands, PUR, PIR and Rockwool filled panels on the wall, with thicknesses ranging from 4 cm to 10 cm, are also used in the container. For base insulation, a galvanized sheet cover is made on polystyrene foam insulation.
